At TecHorns, your satisfaction means everything. As a family-owned company building every horn to order, we work hard to get it right the first time—but we also believe in making things right if something goes wrong.
That’s why we offer a tiered return policy designed to keep your purchase worry-free while protecting the handcrafted nature of what we do.

✅ What Qualifies for a Return
You can request a return if:
- You received the wrong trumpet configuration or color
- Your TecHorn was damaged in shipping
- You purchased a black or single-color model and changed your mind within 90 days
- You purchased a custom color build and changed your mind within 30 days (10% restocking fee applies)
All returned items must be:
- Unused and in like-new condition
- Shipped in original packaging with all parts included
- Approved by TecHorns before sending it back
❌ What Doesn’t Qualify
Returns will be denied if:
- Your horn has been used, modified, or disassembled
- Your horn was built with a custom color and 30 days have passed
- You’re requesting an exchange that doesn’t involve damage or an error on our part
- You're attempting to return without prior approval
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You’ll be notified by email about approval or denial
- If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days
- If it’s been over 15 business days since your refund was approved and not received, email returns@techorns.com
📌 Custom color returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs are covered by TecHorns on all approved returns.
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer standard exchanges due to the custom nature of our products.
We will, however, issue a replacement or corrected build if:
- Your TecHorn arrived damaged
- You received the wrong color or trumpet configuration
In all qualifying cases, TecHorns covers return shipping and will send a replacement promptly.
🛠️ 1-Year Warranty
Every TecHorn includes a 1-year warranty covering:
- The horn array
- Casing and internal electronics
- Air compressor
This warranty applies to defects from normal use.
It does not cover batteries, chargers, or any item misused or disassembled.

🚚 Return Shipping
- TecHorns covers return shipping costs only for orders that arrived damaged or do not match the original order (wrong color or trumpet configuration).
- If you're returning a horn because you've changed your mind, you are responsible for return shipping.
- Unauthorized or unapproved returns will be rejected.
- We do not currently offer international shipping — but we're working on it!
