These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TecHorns website, including all purchases, communications, and interactions made through www.techorns.com. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD)
• Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping location
• TecHorns reserves the right to cancel or modify any order due to pricing errors, unavailability, or suspected fraud

2. Product Customization & Lead Time

TecHorns builds every horn to order. Due to this custom nature:

• Lead times may range from 5–7 business days before shipping
• Once an item enters production, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed

3. Warranty Coverage

All TecHorns products include a limited 1-year warranty, covering:

• Horn body and trumpet assembly
• Air compressor
• Electronics and internal wiring

This warranty applies only when products are used as intended. It does not cover:

• Batteries or chargers
• Damage from misuse, tampering, or unauthorized repairs

Warranty claims must be submitted to warranty@techorns.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting images. All claims are subject to review and approval.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TecHorns shall not be liable for:

• Incidental or consequential damages
• Losses resulting from misuse or improper installation
• Any indirect loss, including data loss or business interruption

Use of TecHorns products is at your own risk. Always follow safety guidelines and use responsibly.

5. Intellectual Property

All product names, designs, text, logos, and graphics displayed on TecHorns.com are the intellectual property of TecHorns LLC and may not be reproduced, modified, or used without express written consent.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within Florida.
